3rd Annual Training Camp

Four Sessions. One Complete Application.

Each workshop is a critical building block — together they form a cohesive strategy built by the people who actually read applications.

Yale | The Common App Strategy: From Login to Submit

July 9 | 8PM ET

Most applicants treat the Common App like a form. The students who advance treat it like the first impression it is. A Yale Former Admissions Officer breaks down the sections most students overlook, how readers actually weigh them, and how to build a through-line that runs from the activities list to the final supplement. Bring your questions for the live Q&A.

MIT | Activities List: What Colleges Actually Want to See

July 16 | 8:30PM ET

Ten activities, 150 characters each. By the third entry, the reader has already formed an impression. An MIT Former Admissions Officer shows you the strategy for conveying leadership when every word is rationed, how to order and frame entries that hold attention through all ten slots, and how the list should reinforce the rest of the application. Bring a draft to workshop live.

Harvard | The Personal Statement: How to Make Them Remember You

July 23 | 8PM ET

Admissions officers read fast, and they read late. The essays that earn a second look are the ones whose voice is unmistakably the student's own from the first sentence. A Harvard Former Admissions Officer walks through brainstorming methods, how to convey depth and character beyond the transcript, and a close read of essays that worked at top universities. Attendees get live feedback on early drafts.

Yale | How to Write a Supplemental Essay That Stands Out

July 30 | 8PM ET

Why this school, and not the fifteen others on the list? That's the question every supplement has to answer, and most don't. A Yale PhD Candidate teaches the "Why" Factor for researching and structuring these essays, how to convey personality inside tight word counts, and what sets real admitted supplements apart.

From Families Who've Been Through It

"We partnered with InGenius Prep for the last six months of the college application season, and our kid got into her dream school. The application has become much more complicated, especially for top 10 schools. While our daughter had built strong foundations in academics and ECs, it was critical to plan the right strategy and focus on every detail of the process. The InGenius Prep team did a wonderful job assisting our kid through this journey."

Made a complicated process much clearer. | Princeton '26

"My GC and FAO are so thoughtful and considerate, offering constructive feedback that allows me to fully reflect myself on my application. I'm always surprised when I wake up to see edits made at 4am my local time on essays I'd just submitted the night before. My counselors have made me feel proud of what I've been able to accomplish. I highly recommend InGenius Prep to anyone applying to college."

Made me feel confident in my story. | Harvard '25

"I can say with 100% certainty that choosing InGenius Prep was the best decision I made for my college application. I got into Duke for Early Decision, despite nobody from my school being admitted there for the past several years. I don't think I would have gotten into Duke, or any of my reach schools, without my FAO and GC. They helped me with every part of the application, countless rounds of edits on my supplements, personal statement, activities and honors list, and everything in between. I'd strongly suggest anyone, regardless of how strong an applicant you think you are, to work with IGP."

"We are beyond grateful for the guidance InGenius Prep offered our daughter throughout the application process. Her advisors took the time to really get to know her and were instrumental in helping her select colleges that suited both her career aspirations and her hopes for college life. They provided invaluable feedback on her essays, helped showcase her accomplishments, and offered moral support when the process felt overwhelming. In the end, our daughter was rewarded with acceptance to her dream college. Their guidance will have a lasting impact on her future, and we are deeply thankful."
