Former Assistant Dean of Admission, Hamilton College
PhD Candidate, Boston College | MEd, Providence College | BA, Economics, Grinnell College
I am a Former Admissions Officer with InGenius Prep based in western New York. I worked for several years at Brown University, where in addition to reviewing first-year and transfer applications, I conducted the preliminary review of recruited Ivy League student athletes, trained the seasonal admission staff on application evaluation, and reviewed applications to the baccalaureate-MD program.
Beyond my role in the admission office at Brown, I served as a first-year academic advisor, responsible for helping underclassmen navigate the Open Curriculum. I also served on national scholarship selection committees for the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation, The Gates Scholarship, and the APIA Scholars. Prior to my work at Brown, I was an assistant dean at Hamilton College and a presidential scholar at the American University of Cairo. I earned a bachelor's degree in economics while playing football at Grinnell College and a master’s degree in higher education from Providence College while working at Brown.
