Meet Your Hosts: Krista Pickett
Former Williams College Admissions Counselor
BA, Psychology and Art History, Williams College
Krista previously served as an admission counselor at Williams College, where she studied Psychology and Art History. Her love for school and campus life inspired her to help other students find their ideal fit. Krista relocated from Massachusetts to south Florida, where she worked at a prestigious private school in Fort Lauderdale as a college advisor. Krista has guided hundreds of students to their dream schools. Her most important advice to candidates is more of a pep talk: colleges are looking for reasons to accept applicants—they WANT students to be enthusiastic about attending their schools! She encourages thinking of the application as an opportunity to share more about oneself with a new friend who’s eager to get to know them.
