Meet Your Host:
Stacy Wells Shea, Former Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions, University of Rochester
While working for the University of Rochester, I had the privilege of helping countless students get to college through various programs, including the University’s flagship combined BA/S+MD program, REMS, which I ran for five years. In addition to REMS, I also was the program manager for four of our combined-admissions programs (Engineering, Business, Education, Nursing) which included the selection processes.
I also worked on the team who selected the University’s full-tuition scholarship recipients. Along with a focus on selecting high-achieving students for the University, I also read and decided on the applications of students from all 50 states and numerous countries from around the world.
