Matthew Rosenbaum | Chief of Staff
Former University of Chicago Admissions Counselor
Matt is a former University of Chicago Admissions Officer who has guided thousands of students, including many recruited student-athletes, to top schools like Harvard, Trinity, Penn, Princeton, Yale and more. While at UChicago, he evaluated both domestic and international students applications, working with the admissions committee to determine student enrollment. His diverse academic background has helped him explore multiple interests and mentor students with focus on inquiry, exploration, and goal achievement.
Kim Clearkin
Chief Programs Officer | US Squash
Kim joined US Squash in July 2015 as Director of Events and as Chief Program Officer is now responsible for managing all National Events, national Programs, Certifications and the Arlen Specter US Squash Center. Kim started her professional life as a Management Consultant transitioning to squash after having children. Prior to joining US Squash Kim was the Director of Squash at Bay Club San Francisco for five years and prior to that at Bay Club Redwood Shores. While in California Kim served on the Board of NorCal Squash and was a US Squash Regional coach, helping to grow West Coast junior squash to where it is today. Kim started playing squash at Oxford University, where she captained the team and earned her Blue. Kim won the 2010 Women’s 45+ national title.

Harry Smith | Commissioner of the College Squash Association (CSA)
Harry Smith is the Commissioner of the College Squash Association (CSA), the governing body for intercollegiate varsity squash in the United States. He joined the CSA in 2023 and oversees all aspects of the organization’s operations, including team rankings, league and match administration, championship management, compliance and eligibility, coach and athlete communications, program expansion, and strategic initiatives. Smith works closely with college coaches, administrators, and the CSA Board of Managers to guide the league’s direction and strengthen the infrastructure of college squash nationwide.
Prior to joining the CSA, Smith spent over a decade at US Squash, most recently as Senior Director of Junior Development. He led all aspects of the national junior competition structure, including championship events, rankings, accreditation, and policy.
